The new structure of the Residence is located in a fine, central position, very near the ancient part of the city and seaside surrounded by free and private beaches.
	All the apartments are spacious, well furnished and have cooking areas, the necessary kitchen utensils plus household appliances, colour tv, bathroom and large patio or balcony. The residence also has an available garage space.
