PERMANENCE - STAY |

Permanence from Saturday 5 pm to
Saturday 10 am. Payable upon arrival: required weekly forfeit per
person of € 30,00 which includes electricity, water and gas, plus
weekly changed bed sheets; required final cleaning of € 35,00 per
apartment (excluding cooking area taken into account by the client,
otherwise further debit of € 15,00); required deposit of € 100,00
per apartment, returned at the end of stay; optional bath towels, to
require at reservation for € 8,00 per person; kitchen cloths not
available; cradle renting to require at reservation € 70,00 per week
(private cradle is to be reported and is free of charge); club
subscription card for € 45,00 per person and week, € 30,00 for
children from 3 to 12 years of age (see description); related
restaurant booked upon arrival € 14,00 per meal (first and second
plates, contour, ¼ of wine and ½ mineral) with parking area;
required beach facilities, on the premises of beach € 50,00 per week
(1 umbrella plus 2 deck chairs); animals not allowed. |

Apartments: Completely surrounded in green , each on
ground floor, well furnished and with independent entrance,
outdoor veranda, cooking area, restroom and air conditioning.
Available in the following grouping:
Studio consisting of 3/4 beds: ( approx. 22 square metres), living
area with single or queen size sofa bed plus double bedroom.
Apartment consisting of 3 rooms and 6 beds: living area with
double or queen size sofa bed plus twin bedroom. |

Services
and amenities include: reception, restaurant, bar, mini
market, bazaar, non reserved covered parking space, bus to/from
beach, amphitheatre, swimming pool for adults and children,
solarium, 2 tennis courts and 5 a side football ( illuminated),
collective sport courses, day and night time animation, mini club
for the 3 to 9 year olds , teen club for the 10 to 14 year olds,
mini club with playgrounds in the open area which include swings
and slides, private conventional beach with umbrellas, deck chairs,
showers, bar, restrooms and restaurant. Additional charge for:
mini go-kart track, flexible mats, 5 a side football and tennis by
night, mini golf and beach service. |

MINI CLUB - TEEN CLUB |

Mini Club
( children from 3 to 9 years of age): A special
interest goes to the little ones such as a small swimming pool and
an entire Village area in which to find many games and a qualified
animation staff to organize the playful and educational activities,
and many other amusing meetings throughout the day.
Teen Club ( children from 10 to 14 years
of age): A special club is reserved for those brought
together by the team of animators throughout the day who have
interest in being introduced to sports, dance, other expressive
arts, to living many other moments of amusing pastimes and
aggregations participating in social games. |

Location:
Within a park measuring a total of 6 hectares just outside Otranto
(approx. 2 km) in the renowned Alimini area ; consisting of
cottage in brick wall and wooden roof plus many relaxing
facilities such as sports and animation. Adjacent to the village a
private camping area approximately 1.500 metres from the sandy
beach bordering with pine forest. The private conventional beach,
3.700 metres far from the Village, is linked to a convenient free
bus ride which takes only a few minutes to cover such distance; it
extends on a large stretch out of thin sand brushed by crystal
blue waters with smooth and descending seabed.
